To make any changes to your order, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] within 24 hours of finalizing the checkout. After 24 hours, the order will be sent to production and changes or cancellations cannot be made.
- Personalized items cannot be modified once the order is placed.
- You cannot change the product type, color, or size of discounted items unless it affects the final price.
- If you need to make changes to the item quantity or product type in a discounted order, you must cancel the order and place a new one.
Our professional design team tailors all of our artworks to the unique tastes of our customers.
For delivery details, customers can contact their carrier (e.g. USPS/UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for precise information, including GPS location.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If your product is defective or not as described, please contact us at aussies[email protected] and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns and refunds are not available for unsuccessful deliveries due to customer errors in shipping address or unavailability, or loss of products due to insecure delivery areas (as confirmed by shipping carriers). Refunds will also not be provided if a customer refuses to receive the product.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colors. Please refer to our sizing charts on product pages or your order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase.
As our products are made-to-order and due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless a major problem with an item is identified upon receipt.
We will give a full refund of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or send you a replacement if your order meets the problems below.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- If your order does not reach your shipping address within 45 business days of order placement, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note that claims for late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial order placement will not be accepted.
Within 7 days of receiving the item, you can request a refund or replacement in the following cases according to our policy:
- The printed product is unclear or blurry.
- The printing position is not centered as described on the website.
- The wrong product or wrong part of the order was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transportation, such as being torn or stretched.
- The product is the wrong size or color as described.
- Other errors caused by our production. If any of these incidents occur, please email us with actual product pictures and labels as proof, and we will provide timely support for your refund or return request. We encourage you to receive a new replacement for defective products and you don’t need to return the defective product to us.
Your order has an issue of inadequate quality. Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 07 business days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:
- Provide photo(s) of any quality issues and damaged parts of the product received.
- Provide photo(s) of any inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order).
- Provide photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order).
- Provide photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
Once you send the evidence to our email support at [email protected] or [email protected], our Customer Care Department will receive and process your case. If deemed appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund. If your eligibility for a full refund is confirmed via email, our internal team will process your refund within 7 business days. Within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request via email or SMS, our Customer Care Department will confirm the details of your order via email, and we will issue a full refund within 48 hours. We will follow the return policy of the payment gateways integrated into aussiesportz.com. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns are not possible for custom-made items purchased from aussiesportz.com unless the item is defective. To avoid any additional costs or loss, please contact us via [email protected] or [email protected] within 7 business days of order delivery if you have any issue with your order. We will provide a replacement or refund if appropriate. If the issue is major, we may replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time, and the customer may keep the product.
• We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
• We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately when we check your items have full conditions of refund policies. You don’t need to return your items. The time of receiving your replacement item is the same as the time of shipping new products.

TIME AND METHOD OF REFUND:
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the value of your order will be refunded within 7-10 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase on aussiesportz.com.
- You must provide all information and/or documentation in connection with your order(s) placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if you fail to provide the information and/or documentation requested or if you provide inaccurate or fraudulent information.
- We shall not be responsible for any damage, claims, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions, or expenditures of any kind that may arise as a result of or in connection with any used or stored products purchased from our store.
- When you submit a purchase, the risk of order loss is transferred from our store to you/your party once your order is delivered to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
- We shall not take any liabilities for any loss or shipment delivery failure due to: recipient’s unavailability, incorrect or insufficient addresses, or package refusal Therefore, kindly ensure your information is correct before checking out.
